On 26 October 2016 Brigadier General (retired) Benoit ROYAL, former member of the French Land Forces Headquarters and currently President of EURO-ISME, held a seminar on "Military Ethics and Leadership". Romanian and international officers attending the "POSTGRADUATE DEFENSE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COURSE FOR SENIOR OFFICIALS - ACT 477.6", and the "POSTGRADUATE INFORMATION RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COURSE FOR SENIOR OFFICIALS - ACT 478.3 - organized by the Regional Department of Defense Resources Management Studies (DRESMARA), Brasov, as well as officers and civilian personnel from the Romanian Armed Forces’ central structures and force categories HQs, and DRESMARA academic staff participated in the event.
